Web Privacy Policy

Effective 30 October 2026. This policy covers the Sleek web app, operated by Andrew Smith. The separate Android app policy covers the Android app.

Information we handle

When you use Sleek, we process account and profile details such as your name, email address, phone number and profile image; content you add such as contacts, business cards, organisations, activities, appointments, events, games, groups, locations, notes and attachments; sharing choices, invitations, reminder preferences, and support messages. Some content may contain information about other people. We also process account identifiers and technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. If you enable notifications, we process the device or browser subscription information needed to deliver them.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, provide and maintain the features you use, display and manage your content, share selected information with the recipients you choose, provide reminders and invitations, respond to requests, troubleshoot faults and protect the service. Features and integrations may change; a feature shown in the app is not necessarily active for every user.

Sharing

Information you choose to share may be visible to the people, groups or organisations you select. Relevant members may see group or organisation content according to their access. A recipient may also see identifying details needed to know who sent an invitation or shared item. Check recipients before sharing and only add information you are authorised to use.

Service providers

We use Base44 to host and operate the current web app. Sign-in, message delivery, payments or other optional integrations may involve additional providers when those features are used. We share information with providers only as needed for the relevant service, and may disclose information where required by law or with your direction.

Storage and retention

We keep information while it is needed to operate the service or meet applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal requirements. Service providers may process information outside your country. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can review or change information available in your account and manage browser or device notification permission in its settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information or account, email info@sleekapp.net. We may need to verify your identity. Information already shared with others may remain in their accounts where applicable.
