Web Terms of Use

Effective 30 October 2026. These terms apply to the Sleek web app operated by Andrew Smith. The app helps users organise and share activities, appointments, events, groups, contacts, organisations and business cards.

Accounts

Use an account you are authorised to use, keep its access secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Your role and sharing settings affect what other users can see.

Your content

You are responsible for content you add, upload or share. Only add personal information and media you are authorised to use. Check recipients before sharing. You permit us to store, process and display your content as needed to operate Sleek and carry out the sharing choices you make. You retain any rights you have in your content.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, send unlawful or unwanted communications, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or try to access content outside your authorised account or role.

Reminders and third-party services

Notifications, reminders and invitations depend on feature availability, device settings and delivery services. Do not rely on them as the sole method for urgent or safety-critical matters. Optional third-party services may have their own terms.

Service changes and access

We may change or suspend features to maintain the service, address misuse or comply with legal requirements. Contact us if you want to close your account or raise a service concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
